Is it possible to file my taxes for one job and file again for another job since I don’t have it’s w-2 just yet

NOOOOOO .... you MUST wait and file ALL your income on the same return.  The employer must mail out the form by 1/31 so make sure they have your correct mailing address  or  offer to pick it up in person to save the postage if possible.

besides Criiter's comment, the IRS won't start processing until 1/27.

certain employers have partnered with TT to allow the import of the W-2.   check with the eployer
