Is it necessary to provide multiple unreported W2's from 2016/2017 from a different state and under $10,000 as a Single Under-25yr Male? Total sum might be under $12,000.

You can only enter W2s for the year they were earned. You would have to amend or file returns from prior years to enter those W2s.
