Is Form 2210 defective? I am in a loop and cannot get out. It keeps saying the 4 columns do not add up but I cannot find anywhere to reenter

If you are in a loop, you can try  logging out of the program and logging back in. You can also clear your cache and cookies. ‌Please click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. Please click here for instructions on clearing your cookies.

You can get back to your screens regarding the underpayment of tax as follows to review your entries:

1. Click on the search icon at the upper right of your TurboTax screen
2. Type "underpayment penalty"
3. Click on the link "Jump to underpayment penalty"
4. If you can answer yes to all three questions you may be able to avoid some or all of your penalties.
