Is at "least half time” considered the same as "full time" as it pertains to whether or not I can claim my 22 year old college student on my 2018 taxes?

When the box At least half time is checked, it does not necessarily mean that the student is full time. It is up to each school to determine whether the student is enrolled in enough courses to be considered full time. You should inquire with the school. Moreover, he must attend for at least five months or part-months to be considered as full time for tax purposes.
