IRS Offset Phone Number

When I dialed in to the Treasury Offset Hotline I hit my SSN in prompt and the system trys looking up my info and  it says unavailable to assist and it prompts to go back to original menu. I don't owe any debts to irs or state and my refund is in process. I filed 2/2

That is a Treasury program and We cannot assist with that issue.  However, you filed on 2/2 and still have time to receive your refund.  The IRS states that they try to issue refunds within 21 calendar days.  You have a few more days before you need to worry.
