"Invalid signon" trying to import from TD Ameritrade

It's pretty simple... during import select "TD Ameritrade" click continue, you get prompted for account number and document id, both of which are directly from the consolidated 1099 form from ameritrade. It throws up error dialog indicating "invalid signon".

One of the reasons I use TT is to save time, so very frustrating hitting time burners like these.

Has anyone else been successful, or hit this problem?

It may be that TDAmeritrade really isn't up and running for importing yet. They haven't yet sent out all the 1099s and although you can activate the import from TurboTax, it's not yet working on the other end. Be patient. TDAmeritrade will have everything by Fed 11.

Answers are correct to the best of my ability but do not constitute legal or tax advice.

"Invalid signon" trying to import from TD Ameritrade

Here it is May 10th.  I get same "Invalid Signon" message while trying to import from TD Ameritrade.

"Invalid signon" trying to import from TD Ameritrade

I discovered problem lies in Document ID.

What i typed in as letter O is actually the number zero 0.

The document ID does not contain letter O.
