At the point of filing the return, I chose to pay the $25 fee by credit card. The screen went blank and did not give me any options to pay. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Intuit and they say it is a hardware problem. I have used Turbo Tax for sometime and never had this problem before. Any suggestions. The computer has never had any issue similar to this either. Intuit rep found a way to refresh the screen and finally allow me to pay ... but it does not seem to be a solution available to me. She simply said it is a computer problem. Any help is welcome.
