Installation problem

While attempting to download my 2023 software, I entered the license code and I was asked to enter whether I'm using Windows or Mac. I use Windows 10, but it will not accept that choice. The CD does not work either!

Do I need to mail amended return?amended return in March. The amended federal return was accepted, but still no refund. Searched wheres my refund, not found.
