Installation of Turbo Tax 2025 is failing during the Visual C++Redistributable Package install. I have Windows 11 (64 bit). I'm running the install as an administrator.

Update to previous post: Glitch has been fixed. I have been able to successfully complete the install.

what version(s) of the redistribution package did you need.  I cannot even run turbo tax for windows, it closes just as fast as it opens.  probably something incompatible with the software or visa versa.

I did not select a package. TurboTax included it as part of the install.

not sure of the issue but you may want install both the 32 bit (X86) and 64 bit (X64) versions of C++ before trying to install Turbotax from Microsoft.

Thanks. I am thinking I must uninstall Turbotax 2025 first.

I did not change anything. I ran the program multiple times, and one day it worked! I thought Turbo Tax fixed the glitch in their program.
