Incorrect Extension Payment Showing on my Return - Arizona

Hello,

I believe that the my state return is showing the incorrect extension payment.  A few notes. 

1. Arizona allows individuals to separate their Small Business income (SBI) and file that along with your personal return. I did this.

2. My AZ extension payment was $21,000 as shown on my Arizona form 204, however, the summary page and the form 140 show an extension payment of $77,744.00.

A quick update.  I noticed this issue happens only when I elect to file my Arizona return with From  140-SBI. If I choose not to elect this form then this problem goes away. 

Any Idea on how to fix this while filing with form  140-SBI? 

The bug is that when filing with  140-SBI, turbotax adjusts my:  Extension payment  on form = Total Tax + Extension Payment
