Inadvertently created an online file last year with same username as my download account & want to delete online but keep downloads from this & past year. Best way?

First, make sure that your returns from this year and the past year are saved to your computer. Online accounts cannot be deleted, but they can be deactivated. You can reach out for assistance with deactivating your account here: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
