In the Business Section at Contract Labor I also listed sub-contractors who did not receive at least $600.00 compensation. Do I have to create a 1099 for these subs?

These subs were added to the list because they are a part of my total labor cost.

No. The IRS does not require any Form 1099-MISC prepared or submitted for anyone who was paid below $600 or any incorporated company at any amount.
