In my review it says the 1099C needs to be fixed and i need to remove the information in Part II, but it won't let me change anything

Please see the instructions below for accessing the 1099-C. You can review all information entered and update/change if necessary. 

• On the Tax Timeline, select Federal Taxes.
• Select Wages & Income.
• Scroll down to "Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C" and click "Edit/Add".
• Scroll down to "Cancellation of debt (Form 1099-C) or the abandonment and/or acquisition of secured property (Form 1099-A)" and click "Revisit".
• Review the answers in this section and change as needed.
