In my final .pdf of my completed tax forms, for my federal 1040, page 1 of 2 is missing. Instead, it has (2) page 2 of 2. I need the whole thing.

Page 1 and 2 are on the same page of the printout.  If you select ''Form 1040: individual Tax Return'' both pages will print out on one page.  Page 1 is the top information and it does not reference page 1.  But if you scroll halfway down the page, you will see Page 2 which is included on the same page.  See image attached to see how the tax return prints out.
