Filing Local Taxes in Pennsylvania, Living In Maryland

I started a new job this past year, and the company was moving it's headquarters from Pennsylvania to Maryland. I started right before the move and worked out of the PA office for about two weeks. PA local taxes were taken out for that time. I live in Maryland, and no PA State taxes were taken out due to the reciprocal agreement.

Since I don't live in PA, how do I file the PA local taxes taken out?

In 2018 did you move your residence from PA to MD ???

If you did not, you are not required to file a PA local earned income tax return, only residents are required to file.  However, the amount of earned income tax withheld is not refundable to non - PA residents.
