Importing financial data

I am using TurboTax Deluxe and trying to import data (1099INT, 1099B, etc.) from two financial institutions, ETrade and Vanguard. In both cases, I request the import, it takes me to an external website, I enter the userid and password, and then it says "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax". However, the tax data never came to TurboTax. Why is the tax data never transferred? If it was only one institution, it might be company specific but since it is more than one, it seems TurboTax is not connecting correctly.

Can you try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies if you're using TT online. Let us know if that resolves the issue.
