Turbo tax is asking me to fill out box 13 for statutory employee but my box is not checked on my w/2 and there is no drop down menu on the blank space

If your W2 box 13 for statutory employee is not checked.  Go back to Turbo Tax - Federal Taxes | Wages, on box13- statutory employee uncheck the box next to the Statutory Employee description.  The program will then not ask you questions regarding statutory employee.
