I bought the cd rom version, but do not have a disk drive. How can I download and activate?

If you haven't opened the box yet, then you should be able to return it. If you have opened the box (I'm assuming you have), then you will need to call in so that a download can be pushed to you. Please be sure to have your receipt and the box in front of you.
