TurboTax has no authority over the form 1099's that the brokers make available. If the form cannot be imported, it is most likely because of a problem at the broker's end. TurboTax cannot do anything about this.

There is nothing the broker needs to do to allow TurboTax to access your tax report though. It may help if you clear the cache on your computer.
