If the sales price from the promotional email is not applying to my final total, how can I fix this?

Something you can try to see if the discount will apply is:

  1. Sign out of your TurboTax account 
  2. Clear the browser cache and cookies
  3. Sign in with link that was provided within your email that you received
  4. Begin the checkout process
  5. If these steps don't work, try another browser or refer to the Help content in the Info Center article "Top FAQS for Troubleshooting Web Browsers"
