If the sales price from the promotional email is not applying to my final total, how can I fix this?
Something you can try to see if the discount will apply is:
- Sign out of your TurboTax account
- Clear the browser cache and cookies
- Sign in with link that was provided within your email that you received
- Begin the checkout process
If these steps don't work, try another browser or refer to the Help content in the Info Center article "Top FAQS for Troubleshooting Web Browsers"
