IF MY INCOME IS BETWEEN 24,000 AND 36,000 I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY BACK MORE THAN 750 FOR THE HEALTHCARE TAX CREDIT. IT SAYS I HAVE TO PAY BACK 775, WHY?

It's $775; not sure where you are getting $750.

$775 is the figure for tax year 2018. You might have been looking at a prior year.
