If I owe taxes for 2019 and opted to pay with my bank account. Will the irs use this for direct deposit of my stimulus check or will I get a paper check?

According to the IRS:

"The economic impact payment will be deposited directly into the same banking account reflected on the return filed."

This would indicate that the IRS will first try your bank account information that they have on file, even though you used it for a tax payment.
