If I have already set up a payment plan on the irs website, how am I able to finalize my taxes on TurboTax without paying in full?

The only options it’s giving me is to make a direct payment for my account, or mail a check. I am unable to continue without making a selection, but I’m not able to pay in full.

Choose the option "pay by mail" since you've already made your payment arrangements. This will bypass the screens requiring a payment selection.

On the IRS website, the status of my refund is "sent" while there is nothing new on TurboTax website. Could you tell me what the reason is for this?
