If your country allows you to phone USA 800 numbers (many don't), you could phone TurboTax Support and ask to speak to an expert, but even if the country allows it, I suspect it wouldn't be free from a foreign country, so toll charges could add up quickly, especially if you were on-hold for a while.

Another way to reach TurboTax Support is through Twitter or Facebook, where you can message a TurboTax Support agent directly.   Tell them you're filing from out-of-country, and ask them how to solve your dilemma about communicating with a tax expert.  You appear be using Live Basic, for which you are paying extra to have access to a live tax expert.
