If I had health insurance through my employer, how do I answer the "What type of High Deductible Healt Plan did XXX have on December 1, 2022?"

Answer NONE

If you do not have an HSA or did not contribute to an HSA in 2022 or were covered by a health policy in every month oof 2022, this question doesn't apply to you, and you should answer NONE.
