If i got a 1099-misc for the first month of the year then a W-2 for the remainder of the year after put onto payroll,how should i file?

You should file each form separately and enter the information into Turbo Tax exactly as it appears on the form.

When entering 1099-Misc information into Turbo Tax, be sure to answer the follow up questions, the program will deter mine if you are subject to self-employment tax for that first month of year.
