If I file exempt from my taxes on my paycheck how will if effect my 2024 tax return? I file head of household and I have two dependents

You will have no Federal income tax withheld for the income that you will be reporting next year.  

To qualify for this exempt status on a W-4, the employee must have had no tax liability for the previous year and must expect to have no tax liability for the current year. A Form W-4 claiming exemption from withholding is valid for only the calendar year in which it's furnished to the employer.
