Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

If I file by mail do I need a pin? Newlyweds and 1st time filing together. Also, if I mail it this year, can I efile next year since he will be in Turbo's system?

Cannot get into IRS site to look for his 2015 return so that doesn't help.  Keeps saying info doesn't match even though I'm looking right at last years W2.

This year the IRS is using your prior-year AGI to verify identity to be able to e-file. If you print and mail there is no need to have that information. You should be able to e-file next year by using tax year 2016 AGI, make sure you make note of this and keep your account log-in information for next year, it's much easier to access the necessary information when you do your taxes in the same account.

Please refer to the following TurboTax FAQ on where to find your prior-year AGI:
