If I don't want to file with turbo tax anymore and file with someone else can I still do that since I haven't send my papers yet to the IRS? If yes what is the process.

If you have not either efiled your return and had it accepted or if you have not printed and mailed your return, you can just abandon your TurboTax account and use another provider. If you have not paid or registered, you can clear your account using this link: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2586254-using-clear-start-over-in-turbotax-online

Just clear your return and don't start over. If you can't clear it, just abandon it. The information will be secure in the TurboTax servers.
