If i do not have a locality name in box 20 and the computer is asking for it. What do I do?

Do you have entries in boxes 18 and 19?

If you have no entry in box 19, just delete what is in box 18 (and 20, of course).

If you have an entry in box 19, this represents tax dollars your employer withheld to pay to some locality. Call your employer and ask them what locality they sent the money. They surely know.
