If I already claimed my daughter since she lives with me can she still file her taxes ? Without it messing up mine?

Yes, she can still file her own taxes. She will simply select that someone else can claim her and someone else did claim her. As long as she selects those options, there should be no problem with that portion of your taxes.

Also, if you already filed and it was accepted, and she would select that no one else can claim her, her return will be rejected.
