If after signed the authorize a portion of my refund be used to pay fees and then decided pay by my credit/debit card will it still try to take take it out of my refund?

If you have not already submitted your return, you are able to change how you pay your TurboTax fees. If you choose to pay with debit/credit card, there would be no need for the fees to be taken from your refund. The following FAQ explains how to change your payment method.
