I would like to know if I can still E-file my 2018 tax return even though I federally printed it(could not find 2017 Agi at the time)

Yes, if you have not mailed it you can e-file.  Please see below on how to change from mailed return to e-filing your return:

To obtain last year's AGI, you can order a free transcript instantly from the IRS that will give you your AGI.  Please see the link below for steps on how to obtain the transcript:

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
