I would like to clear my tax return and change it to married filing separately. Can I do this...it has not been sent

To change your filing status before you file you will need to revisit the Personal Info section.

To do this:

1. Select the Personal Info tab in the toolbar
2. Under the Personal Info Summary select edit next to Marital Status
3. You will select Married and right under that you will be asked "Do you want to file this return with your Spouse?" since you want to file separate you will answer No.
