Try signing off of TurboTax, make sure you save first, and closing any open TurboTax windows. You may need to clear your internet history. Restart your laptop and try again. It also may be due to overwhelming activity on the servers.
If you are trying to submit your returns. Make sure that you have no ad blocking on the sites.
