Surveys are sent out by a computerized system. Sometimes the computer decides to send out no survey at all. Intuit employees must ask for the survey on every call. But they never know when a survey will actually be sent or if the link will work properly. There is no way to request a survey for a person if one is not sent to you or if the link did not work.
Thank you for making the effort to show your appreciation. It is true that Intuit agent's compensation and job security are influenced by surveys. It would be nice if you could request to have a survey sent to you when you received excellent service. Maybe that will happen someday.
