I want to cancel your upgrade. I did not use it and don't want to be charged

Your program said I needed a more expensive upgrade so I have discontinued with all of this. Please delete my confidential info and refund the cost of the useless upgrade

As long as you have not paid for the product you can downgrade. If you would like to downgrade, you will need to clear and start over.

Go to My Account
Click on Clear & Start Over. Select Yes

TurboTax will then prompt you to select a product and you will start from the beginning.

Is there a way to cancel the Premium Service Benefits? I did not know I would be charged for it, I thought it was already included
