I've been attempting to resolve F8962-070 using the steps on the Turbotax support article. I only have a 1095-C for 2021. What else can be done to resolve this?

for 2021, I've had insurance the whole year through my employer, but in 2020 I had marketplace insurance. Whenever I attempt to file it throws me F8962-070 as the reject code. I tried creating the "dummy" form, and deleting it, and it doesn't even show up in tools, yet my taxes still reject when I e-file. I file taxes for myself and no one else would have a 1095-A under me.

Fill out the 8962 with 1 dollar in the first column.  It will allow you to submit it.  If the IRS has a lock on your return because they are expecting a 1095-A but there is none there then that will not cause any problem.
