I paid for Deluxe and Max benefits with my American Express Credit card yet I’m being asked again to pay before I submit my taxes.
The portal asked for payment information before I was notified that form 2555-T wouldn’t be available till 2/18 which is fine but I was charged upfront, which I didn’t know would happen.
Now the online portal is asking me to pay again and I have no access to the benefits that I paid TurboTax for.
