I've already paid for tax services. Why am I being asked to pay again?

You may call your area turbotax representative, by clicking onto your turbotax account, click the contact us , call the number that shows for your area , call it, listen for the Customer Service option, push that and a live representative will assist you.  Be sure to specify that you need assistance with billing (not a refund). Due to high activity before tax deadline recommendation is to call 4/19 onwards for billing issues.
