Did you install the program from a download originally? When you posted your question you indicated that you are using TurboTax Online Free Edition. TurboTax Online is not a download and is not installed on your computer. You sign into it using your web browser.

If you purchased a download from TurboTax.com you can download it again, the same way you did the first time. Then install the same way you did the first time, by double clicking on the downloaded file. See the FAQ at the following link for instructions to download the software that you purchased from TurboTax.com. Make sure you sign in with the exact same user ID that you used when you made the purchase.
