I think I downloded 2022 version of Premier but i bought 2023 version of premier

I think I downloaded the 2022 version of Premier by mistake when I should have downloaded 2023 version of Premier. I got confused by the Tax Year. Now when I try try to install it tells me that the same version is already installed and I must uninstall it first. That tells me I downloaded the older version. What do I do now? If I try to download again it doesn't allow me. Is there a solution to this problem? I bought the software from Costco and had to download because my laptop has no CD drive as is pretty normal these days.

I deleted the download file and then it allowed me to download the correct version - thank God!
