I submitted my tax return on the night of the 15 of April 2023. The amount that was withdrawn from my account was $ 5457 dollars which I don'tt have in my account.

I went on and set up and account with the IRS to withdraw out $ 390.00 a month of my Bank of America account. So how do I rectify the problem?

What do you need to rectify?  You have your tax payments set up through the IRS system, right?  The Internal Revenue Service recognizes that some unforeseen events may result in owing tax you can’t pay when you file your return.
