Can I ask where you saw the price reduced? If you were on another site or received an email that advertised a discounted rate, you would have to have followed the instructions or used the link provided to get the discounted rate.

Our school worked with a designer to purchase furniture. The designer charged us her cost on the furniture plus a 10% mark up. Do we 1099 her for the entire purchase (product + mark up) or just the mark up?
