Yes, if you are working in TurboTax Online, your tax return is still there, but your browser may have logged you into a new file.
If this happens to you in TurboTax Online, sign out. This will bring you back to where you sign in. If it shows you more than one user name, select the user name you are using this year and sign in again.
If you are working in TurboTax Desktop, you may need to search for your tax file. If that's the case:
- Open your TurboTax software.
- Select Find a Tax File.
- A window will pop up and help you search for your tax return.
