I received an email from "Turbo Tax Team" that stated someone was trying to file a return with my information. I'm trying to figure out if this is legitimate.

If your tax return was already filed and accepted, and someone else then filed a return using your SSN, their return would be automatically rejected by the IRS for duplicate SSN.

The email you received sounds like spam.
