I received a consolidated 1099 B from my brokerage company and was wondering if entering just the summary of Box 1d and 1e as well as the b letter would be correct.

Box 1f, 1g and box 4 are all showing $0 on the consolidated form and it tells me to check box A for short term sales. Is this all i need to do to file the form?

Yes.

You can enter it that way,  TurboTax will give you an option to enter the summary only.
