I received a "Commission and Bonus" because I am a Melaleuca member. Is this taxable income?

I received a Melaleuca November 2016 Business Report Summary that listed under Organization Commission $2.66, This is my residual income this month. Is this taxable income?

Yes it is taxable, unless you know of a reason why it would be tax-exempt.

Did my own research. I don't completely understand why I am getting this commission since I have not enrolled anyone. Has something to do with changes Melaleuca Compensation Plan starting October 2016: organization commission and support team. Will research some more; but thank you for your feedback.
