I received a 1099-B for my mother who passed away in 2017. Do I need to file a 2018 tax return for her?

TurboTax will not accept a date of death prior to 2018.
I plugged in the numbers on TurboTax as if she was still alive, and so does not owe any taxes on the 2018 Gains.
