I read a few posts earlier, I'm having the exact same issues and results. I don't have a foreign account. Has anybody resolved this issue yet?

All I need is to file a simple return and I'm being blocked. If I upgrade to Deluxe edition, then what?!

You could 'Clear and Start Over' (under Tax Tools in the left-side menu).

 

Or, accept the upgrade to Deluxe.  Since we can't see your return in this forum, we don't know what you entered that prompted TurboTax to request an upgrade. 

 

Or, consider using the IRS Free File Program
